Future4care opens applications for digital health go-to-market program

Future4care has opened applications for its latest Go-to-Market Program, a one-year initiative aimed at helping international digital health startups expand into the French and German healthcare markets.

The program is designed to support startups in building, testing, and refining their market access strategies within two of Europe’s most complex healthcare systems.

While France and Germany present significant growth opportunities for healthtech companies, startups often face challenges related to differing reimbursement systems, complex regulatory frameworks, and fragmented buyer landscapes.

According to Future4care, many digital health companies attempt to enter these markets too early or without the appropriate positioning, increasing the risks associated with expansion.

The Go-to-Market Program seeks to address these obstacles through a structured, year-long journey that helps startups better understand, navigate, and validate their approach to scaling in Europe. Participants will work towards developing a clear and execution-ready market access strategy tailored specifically to France and Germany.

Applications for the program are open from May 20 until July 1, 2026, while the new cohort is scheduled to begin on September 15, 2026.

The initiative targets international digital health startups seeking to strengthen their presence within the European healthcare ecosystem and accelerate expansion into key European markets.
